Your dedicated developer will be working your highest priority. Once that is done he will automatically move to the next one. It's in our interest to keep a fast pace. If you are disappointed you will cancel the subscription. Keep adding and let us take care of your needs! If we both feel your workload would justify two developers you can add/remove as we go.

A request can be anything from a simple bug fix to something as big as building an entire website. In the latter case, your dedicated resource will be breaking down the request into sub-tasks so that it's easier to track progress and understand the technical scope better. This allows you to have a complete overview and to re-prioritize the tiny bits as you wish.

Once you sign up, we will give you access to our project management tool (ClickUp). Here you can immediately start adding tasks. Most of our communication will happen here but you will also be invited on a Slack channel in case you need a more direct/immediate contact. Work will be source-controlled and deployed to your servers as per your need.

Our main stacks are WordPress (for websites and landing pages), WooCommerce and Shopify (for e-commerce), Ruby on Rails, NestJS and ReactJS (for web apps), React Native and Ionic (for mobile apps), ElectronJS (for desktop apps).

Say you become client in May and pay for your first month. We work and deliver faster than expected and on the 15th of May everything is done and you don't have new tasks. We will pause your plan. This means that when you resume you will still have ~2 weeks of work available for you. After those 2 weeks your subscription will renew as usual.

Our resources are plug and play, meaning if you don't need us next month you can pause your subscription and won't be charged for your upcoming months. This is to satisfy the dynamic needs of agencies and early-stage startups. Also having a in-house resource means having a higher cost (employee benefits) and overhead in management.

It depends on the size of the request, if it's a website it could make sense to get the subscription for one month. Our rates are generally 30-50% cheaper. If the request is really tiny (e.g. a bugfix on a project we didn't build) this is not the right service for you. We suggest you hire a freelancer for such cases as monthly subscription won't be justified.

This can happen from time to time and it is generally due to a misunderstanding in requirements (either the developer misunderstood or they were not clear in the first place). If this happens too frequently we will change the dedicated resource to ensure smooth delivery. Remember it's in our interest to deliver for you so that you keep the subscription active.

We feel the best way would be to give us a shot and see what we are made of. That said we have delivered around ~250 projects in the past 7 years (our holding company, Aguadulce). Our agency is a Wired-featured dev studio (yes, that Wired). We have worked with government entities, universities and the biggest influencer in Europe aside from some important agencies. But yeah instead of selling you our track-record, we'd rather prove ourselves on the pitch!

We understand: not every business need is covered from this offering.
